Hi. I'm Alex, and this is the first post on the Barista WiFi blog.

I spent most of my career selling enterprise Wi-Fi to companies whose names you'd recognize. Airlines, banks, hotel chains, global retailers. The whole time, I watched small businesses get treated like a rounding error by the same platforms they were paying every month. Coffee shops especially.

So we built the opposite of that. One honest price. Every feature included. A real human on the phone. We ship you the box and set it up, and we will never sell your customer data.

This blog is going to be practical. Short posts on running a better coffee shop, getting more out of the Wi-Fi every customer already connects to, building a mailing list you actually own, and getting more online reviews without it feeling awkward. No fluff, no growth-hacking nonsense.
