How guests opt in to Barista Wi-Fi verification texts.

Cafes use Barista Wi-Fi to run the sign-in page guests see when they join the cafe's Wi-Fi. A guest who chooses to sign in by phone sees the step shown here. They type their number, see the notice directly under it, and tap “Send verification code.” Barista Wi-Fi then sends one text with a one-time code, which they enter to get online.

Signing in by phone is a choice. Guests who sign in another way, such as with email, get online without a verification text and are never sent one.

The example cafe, Example Coffee Co., is made up. Each cafe's own name, logo and colors appear at the top of its page; the notice under the phone number field is the same at every cafe.
